1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. vinegar
1 T. garlic salt
1 T. onion powder
Combine all ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Refrigerate.
NOTE: A half recipe makes 2 cups of dressing, which is plenty
